The evening begins with four wines from La Magnolia, progressing from vibrant freshness to greater depth and complexity:

• Ribolla Gialla – bright, energetic and saline, with crisp citrus and delicate floral notes.
• Friulano – the region's iconic grape, offering layered aromas of white blossom, almond and orchard fruit with a beautifully textured palate.
• Ubi Que – a refined interpretation showcasing richness, finesse and remarkable balance.
• Ubi Es – the estate's flagship expression, combining concentration, elegance and a long mineral finish.

To complete the journey through Northern Italy, the tasting concludes with two distinguished reds from Tenuta Olim Bauda in Piedmont:

• Barbera d'Asti DOCG Le Rocchette 2022 – vibrant and generous, with succulent red fruit, lively acidity and exceptional drinkability.
• Nizza DOCG Riserva 2020 – a powerful yet graceful Barbera, offering remarkable depth, structure and ageing potential.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a curated Korean BBQ, Salmon and Live Flounder Sashimi, and Kimchi Pancake spread, thoughtfully selected to complement the wines.
