Local Delivery Only
We currently only ship within mainland Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Fees
- Orders of SGD 200 and above qualify for free delivery.
- Orders below SGD 200 will incur a delivery fee of SGD 20 per delivery address.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, excluding Public Holidays in Singapore.

Delivery Timeline
Orders will be delivered within 2 working days from the time full payment is received, unless a later date is requested at the time of ordering. Please note that we do not offer same-day delivery.

Delivery Delays
We aim to deliver your goods on time. However, the Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, government regulations, or disruptions in telecom services. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

Delivery Receipt
Goods must be signed for upon delivery. Any individual present at the specified address will be presumed authorized to receive the delivery on your behalf.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the matter.

Unattended Deliveries
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our drivers will attempt to leave your items in a safe, secure, and dry location. If this isn’t possible, delivery will not be completed, and we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Risk of Loss
Once your items have been delivered, they are considered to be at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for any loss or damage thereafter.

Self Collection
We do not currently offer self collection or pick-up from our business address. All orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Returns & Exchanges
No Returns or Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist you.
No Refunds
We do not provide refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe there has been a mistake, please reach out to us so we can resolve the matter promptly.
