Dopff Au Moulin Riesling Domaine Familial

This wine comes from a Riquewihr vineyard, a South-East exposure at an altitude of 250m, a very light and sandy soil, pebble-rich ensuring a rapid warming, acididic soil providing a lot of organic matter, subsoil moving towards very permeable sands.

The wines of the 2018 vintage are complex with a great deal of substance.

Appearance: bright yellow robe.

Nose: fine and expressive, mineral and flowers notes.

Palate: silky attack, precise and complex wine with a salty length. A great gastronomic Riesling, with mineral, peper, fruity notes and as well as a nice bitterness.
