Elegant and refined. The grapes come from our highest vineyard and we harvest just the top of it. Here we have a unique soil, clayey loam, rich in small limestone rocks with a Northwest exposure, the grapes take less sun, here we have more acidity and less sugars. 100% Sangiovese. Gentle processing of the grapes, daily pumping over for a period of skin contact for about 30 days, then it ages 24 months in Slavonia Oak barrels 10 HL. It's very elegant and refined, with fruity and balsamic notes, peel of orange, time and mint on the nose, in mouth it's straight and very deep with a beautiful elegant tannin.
