Dopff Au Moulin Gewurtztraminer Grand Cru Brand

Overlooking the town of Turckheim, the "BRAND" faces south and south-east. It reaches 343 m of altitude. The soil consists of "Turckheilm granite" with black and white micas. It is characterised by little water retention capacity. The very steep slopes combined with the granite favour a very quick warming up of the soil.

Appearance: beautiful golden robe.

Nose: elegant and expressive with notes of over-ripe yellow fruit evolving into notes of spices (pepper).

Palate: fresh attach, racy and distinguished wine. Great aromatic complexity with notes of candied citrus and pepper. Very long persisting finish with long and fine acidity, with enjoyable and bright salinity.
