6 years minimum ageing: 3 years in wood from 4 different origins and 3 years in the bottle. Variety 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino). Vineyard over 40 years old. Low yield vineyard: 2,000 kg/Ha. Use of native yeasts that provide the character and personality of the terroir.
