This Rosé is from an indigenous to South West Bulgaria grape variety – The Broad Leaved Melnik. The grapes are from the valley of the Struma river. They are manually picked, hand-sorted and fully de-stemmed on site. The nose is very clean with aromas of wild flowers. And the palate is bright and fresh with notes of peaches and pear.
